Join Dr. Tammy Mintz in this 3-part series to explore launching your t(w)een in this complicated and ever-changing world. Together, we will dive into aligning values, the struggle between independence and safety, as well as navigating toxic achievement culture to raise your t(w)een with a sense of “mattering”.

Tzelem is a transformative teen group for LGBTQ+, nonbinary, and gender expansive teens and allies to explore who they are through Jewish and gender lenses, together with a trained mentor using a dynamic curriculum.
A joint project of a number of Baltimore-Area synagogues and 4Front, Baltimore’s teen engagement initiative, and facilitated by Lily Glushakow-Smith, teens will meet monthly in participants homes. The first meeting will will take place on a date and time will be determined by the group. Meetings are held in members’ homes on a rotational basis. There will be a small fee to cover food and materials.
Program begins in September and new members will be accepted through December 2024

2024-2025 Teen Service Pop-Up #2: Chanukkah Sunday Social with North Oaks and Friendship Circle of Baltimore
This holiday season, join us for an afternoon of service at 4Front’s winter Teen Service Pop-Up Sunday, December 22nd at North Oaks Senior Living in Pikesville. We will be partnering with Friendship Circle of Baltimore, an organization that brings happiness to children and young adults with special needs, for a Chanukah themed Sunday Social from 1:30-4pm. Enjoy crafts, mitzvah projects, and socializing with both Friendship Circle friends and North Oaks residents to help spread holiday joy!
