Diana SolomonSenior Director
Diana (Peisach) Solomon is the Senior Director at 4Front. Diana grew up in Owings Mills, MD, and attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where she graduated with a BA in Communication Studies. Prior to her job at 4Front, Diana spent several years working at Authentic Israel coordinating Israel Outdoors Birthright trips. Joining the 4Front team in 2016, Diana previously served as Director of Innovation, developing and launching two of 4Front’s core programs, the Social Innovation Fellowship and E3 Teen Professionals Network. Now as Senior Director, Diana looks forward to supporting the broader work of 4Front- supporting Jewish families and youth serving organizations, and ensuring teens are seen and heard in our Baltimore Jewish community. Diana lives in Locust Point with her husband, Ryan, daughter Laine, and pup, Leo!
Sophia VaronAssistant Director
Sophia is a New York native, excited to join Baltimore’s warm and welcoming community. She graduated with a degree in Psychology from Macaulay Honor’s College at Queens College before heading into the Jewish Education field. She has spent the past three years as the Program Director for JCC Greater Boston’s Diller Teen Fellows program and is excited to continue working with Diller and other incredible teen programs here at 4Front. She is heavily involved within the Jewish community outside her formal role, including volunteering in community engagement as a resident of newly formed Moishe House Pod in Federal Hill. She holds certifications in Virtual Experiential Education and Youth Mental Health First Aid. She is passionate about sustainable living, good reads, and is a long-term beginner guitar player.
Or CaduriRelational Engagement Senior Associate
Or Caduri is 4Front’s Relational Engagement Senior Associate and directs 4Front’s Peer Leadership Fellows, Social Innovation Fellowship, and J Camps CIT program powered by 4Front. Originally from Israel, Or has lived in various countries before moving to the U.S in 2018. Throughout his career, Or has worked as a mentor for adults in-need in Israeli organizations, has taught yoga and mindfulness in Israel and Asia, and has led youth programs and sites in public schools in North Carolina. Or has obtained his BA in Social Sciences and Humanities from The Open University in Israel. He is married and lives in Owings Mills with his wife and son. When not spending time with his family, you can find Or meditating, going on walks in nature, and studying the Jewish Kabbalah.
