Diana Solomon
Senior DirectorA proud Baltimore native and University of Maryland, College Park graduate, Diana began her career in Israel travel and engagement with Israel Outdoors under Taglit-Birthright Israel, where she fostered meaningful connections for young adults. In 2016, Diana transitioned to teen engagement, joining the founding team of 4Front. Over the past 8 years, she has developed and launched innovative programs such as the Social Innovation Fellowship, E3 Teen Professionals Network, and the Gesher Teen Board Member program. Diana has built deep, lasting relationships with teens, parents, and community professionals, helping support the landscape of Jewish teen engagement in Baltimore. Passionate about empowering young people, she is a strong advocate for the leadership potential teens possess both today and in the future.

Chanan Gans
Assistant DirectorRabbi Chanan recently relocated to Baltimore with his family from Seattle. He has a rich background in Jewish education and leadership from both formal and informal settings, along with a unique Jewish journey from a rock musician in LA to studying in Yeshiva in Jerusalem. Rabbi Chanan was a beloved educator in his former communities, known for his warmth, openness, and ability to connect across community. We are so excited for the depth and experience he will bring to the 4Front team.

Isabel Lunken
Engagement AssociateA Baltimore City native, Isabel is a recent graduate with a bachelor’s in architecture and minor in entrepreneurial studies who has returned to Baltimore to give back to her community. A 4Front alumna herself, Isabel is thrilled to be jumping into a Jewish experiential educational role with teens. She will be running the Social Innovation Fellowship, Peer Leadership Fellows, J Camps CIT, and building one-on-one relationships with teens throughout the community.

Carlos Domacasse
Diller Program CoordinatorCarlos is a Baltimore native who has recently returned from a five-month internship in Israel, where he worked as a research intern at the Jerusalem Institute of Justice, advocating for human rights and supporting communities impacted by recent events.
Carlos brings a strong passion for Jewish engagement and leadership, shaped by his journey through NCSY, his experiences studying in Israel, and his leadership roles at Roanoke College, where he served as Student Body President. His ability to connect with teens, facilitate meaningful discussions, and inspire leadership makes him a fantastic addition to our team.

Jules Einhorn
Administrative and Logistics CoordinatorA Baltimore native, Jules brings a passion for community engagement and a strong academic background in neuroscience to his role at 4Front. After graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he was involved in the College Park Scholars Program, he gained experience as a Guided Study Sessions leader, teaching assistant, and senior student ambassador. His commitment to service extended to volunteering with organizations like the Jewish Caring Network and TerpThon, as well as teaching a theatre elective at Baltimore Hebrew Congregation. As the Administrative and Logistics Coordinator for 4Front, Jules is excited to ensure programs run smoothly and create meaningful experiences for Jewish teens in Baltimore. In his free time, he enjoys walking, party planning, food blogging, and spending time with family and friends.
