TEEN SERVICE COUNCIL
Program Details:
Grow into your leadership by joining 4Front’s Teen Service Council! Throughout the year, you will engage in monthly workshops to build valuable, real-world skills and collaborate with peers to create meaningful opportunities for the teen community. Council members will learn about issues facing our Baltimore community and how Jewish values can inform action towards a more just world. With newly built skills, fellows will create four service days for the larger Baltimore teen community and share their knowledge to help others give back. Includes a kick-off overnight retreat and monthly 2-hour workshops.

Grades: 9th & 10th
Community Service Hours: 20
Cost: $300
Registration: Applications for our 2026-2027 cohorts will open March 2026
Teens Will
- Collaborate with peers to craft meaningful community-wide service opportunities
- Explore our local community’s needs and how teens can utilize their skills to give back
- Build leadership skills including self-management, teamwork, and creativity
- Engage in cohort-based workshops to learn valuable leadership skills and identify opportunities for tikkun olam (service)

Our 8th annual Muffin Baking Party celebrates National Muffin Day! Join us for an afternoon baking extravaganza while raising awareness of homelessness in America.
Join 4Front for a hands-on experience where you’ll bake with purpose before hearing directly from an individual who has experienced homelessness.
FREE and open to all 7-12 graders and their friends

Join 4Front for our second Teen Service Pop-Up of the Year on December 21st at Our Daily Bread. Teens will be setting up lunch meal service, serving food, cleaning up, washing dishes, and depending on time, sorting donations.
Space is very limited. 4 Community Service Hours Earned.
