Diana Solomon

Senior Director

A Baltimore native, Diana began her career working in Israel engagement with young adults through a position coordinating Israel Outdoors Birthright trips. Diana made the move to teen work in 2016 when she joined the founding 4Front team. During her time at 4Front, Diana has designed, launched and coordinated programs including the Social Innovation Fellowship and E3 Teen Professionals Network, and developed relationships with countless teens, parents, and youth professionals. As Senior Director of 4Front, Diana looks forward to leading this new, talented 4Front team in offering exceptional experiences and engagement for Jewish teens and their families in Baltimore.

Assistant Director

Originally from New York, Sophia spent the past three years as the Program Director for JCC Greater Boston’s Diller Teen Fellows program before recently moving to Baltimore to join the 4Front team. Sophia is excited to continue working with Diller and other incredible teen programs here at 4Front. In her position, Sophia will focus on supporting 4Front’s adult demographics- parents and youth professionals. She is heavily involved within the Jewish community outside her formal role, including volunteering in community engagement through Moishe House.

A recent transplant to Baltimore and the newest member of the team, Barak spent the last three years serving as the Youth Director at his childhood synagogue in White Plains, NY, Congregation Kol Ami and on the leadership team at Sababa Surf Camp in Virginia Beach. Barak is passionate about community service, advocacy, and working with teens. Barak serves as program coordinator for Diller Teen Fellows and Students Taking Action for Change.

Isabel Lunken

Engagement Associate

A Baltimore City native, Isabel is a recent graduate with a bachelor’s in architecture and minor in entrepreneurial studies who has returned to Baltimore to give back to her community. A 4Front alumna herself, Isabel is thrilled to be jumping into a Jewish experiential educational role with teens. She will be running the Social Innovation Fellowship, Peer Leadership Fellows, J Camps CIT, and building one-on-one relationships with teens throughout the community.
