Whether it’s a one-time gathering or a year-long experience, 4Front provides teens grades 9-12 with creative and inspiring opportunities to discover who they are, what they care about, and what they’re capable of. Rooted in Jewish values and narrative, 4Front’s opportunities are carefully crafted and executed to help teens recognize their role and responsibility to be change makers in this world. 4Front Signature programs
4Front directly offers a variety of teen programs emphasizing leadership and social justice!
These programs create fun, immersive Jewish experiences where teens can explore who they are and what they care about! Hands on learning teaches teens real-life skills and how to make a tangible impact in the world. Programs range from year-long cohorts to one-off pop-ups to create multiple opportunities to engage throughout the year.
PEER LEADERSHIP FELLOWS
Become a communal connector, learn real-world skills in peer-to-peer engagement and community organizing, and grow your network.
DILLER TEEN FELLOWS
Grow as a leader, give back to your community, and explore Jewish identity alongside teen from around the world
SOCIAL INNOVATION FELLOWSHIP
Develop an entrepreneurial mindset and skill set to create your own social enterprise to tackle problems in your community
GESHER TEEN BOARD MEMBERS
Take a seat at the table and make your voice heard while learning about the behind-the-scenes leadership of our community’s Jewish organizations
TEEN SERVICE COUNCIL
Collaborate with peers, grow your own skills and connections, and help create meaningful opportunities for teens to give back.
