JNF Sababa Fellowship

The Sababa Fellowship is a 22-month-long leadership program for 9th and 10th graders. Designed for teens interested in community service, the Fellowship develops their leadership and communication skills. At Keshet’s Shabbat retreats, LGBTQ and ally Jewish teens are able to exhale; to find their place and their voice as emerging Jewish leaders. StandWithUs- High School Internship

Jewish Learning & Teen Engagement
StandWithUs High School Internship Program is a high school leadership program that prepares students for the challenges they may face regarding Israel in college and in their communities. Students participate in a year long program that includes two national conferences, ongoing educational online workshops, and they receive guidance and funding to run programming in their high schools and youth groups. Students are encouraged to participate in positive campaigns that inspire their peers and educate people about Israel.

Upon completion of the program, participants will be prepared to comfortably take the reins of leadership the moment they start college and they will be automatically part of the StandWithUs alumni network. The alumni network will keep the students on track to continue their Israel advocacy efforts, provide them with new and exciting opportunities for advanced Israel advocacy, and funnel them into our college-level Israel advocacy program upon their entrance into college. Students will continue to receive support from StandWithUs throughout their college career and beyond.

(JVC) Jewish Volunteer Connection- Days of Service

Volunteering & Social Justice
Infusing the volunteer spirit into the community throughout the year, JVC coordinates four events which coincide with local, statewide and national days of service: Season of Service in September/October, Mitzvah Day on December 25th, MLK Day of Service in January and Good Deeds Day in April.

This year, due to the ongoing global pandemic, our annual days of service will look different. JVC will continue to respond to the needs of our service partners as well as offer innovative ways for people to volunteer.
