Calendar May 12, 2026

Dear 4Front Families,

I am writing to share some bittersweet news with you. At the end of the month, I will be stepping away from my role at 4Front, with my final day being May 29. This was not an easy decision, as my time at 4Front over the past 3 years has been incredibly meaningful to me. I am excited to be moving to New York City for an exciting next step in both my personal and professional journey. This summer I am joining the Bronfman Fellowship team, where I will be working on the Campus Commons program, supporting Jewish college students in building bridges across difference. This next step feels deeply connected to the work I have been so lucky to do here.

Thank you for all of your support. I truly could not have done this work without you. Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of working with so many teens as they grow into thoughtful and confident leaders. Whether through JCC Maccabi, J Camps CIT, Peer Leadership, or the Social Innovation Fellowship, it has been incredibly meaningful. Being a part of those journeys is something I will always carry with me. While I may be moving on from this role, I care deeply about this community and hope to stay connected.

I also want to reassure you that 4Front remains strong, with incredible programs ahead. The 4Front team, under the leadership of Senior Director Diana Solomon, is already working hard to fill the position and will ensure exceptional programs are launched this fall. I have full confidence in the continued strength and impact of 4Front and all that it offers.

Thank you for trusting me to be a part of your teen’s leadership journey. I am beyond grateful to have started my career with such an amazing community. It has truly been an honor to work with you and to help create spaces where teens grow, explore, and lead.

I would love to stay in touch. You can always reach me at [email protected], and I hope our paths will continue to cross.

With gratitude,

Isabel
