4Front Coloring Pages

Looking for a creative outlet? Download and print at home 4Front’s new coloring pages! Research shows that coloring has the ability to relax the fear center of your brain, the amygdala. It induces the same state as meditating by reducing the thoughts of a restless mind. This generates mindfulness and quietness, which allows your mind to get some rest after a long day at work. We can’t wait to see your work!

Connecting Generations: Difficult Conversations About Race
June 30 – Sept 15

A Free Three-Part Series with the Jewish Museum of Maryland and the BJC- The events of recent weeks have brought to stark relief the issue of racial inequity in the United States. As uncomfortable and fraught as conversations about race can be, those conversations are necessary, especially now. The wisdom, experiences, and perspectives of different generations within the Jewish community can deepen our understanding of race and racism within Jewish and broader American contexts.

Members of all generations are invited to this three-part series. Ahead of each month’s session, participants will be asked to read or listen to a pre-selected article or podcast that will frame the conversation.
